How long does delivery take?

We ship pan India. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Free shipping applies to prepaid orders above ₹499.

What comes with a Joy Jar?

Every Joy Jar is a 540ml glass jar and comes with a wooden lid and a glass straw.

How do I care for my Joy Jar?

Hand wash only with a soft sponge and mild soap. Please avoid dishwashers, boiling water and extreme heat, and do not soak the jar for long, so the sticker stays vibrant.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video. Approved claims are resolved with store credit. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
